Ingenia has made an undertaking in keeping with its own technology activities and its vocation for service. Its responsibility resides in equipping society with useful accessible technology products and services that can improve people's living conditions.

A good example of this is its collaboration with the patrons of the Department of Innovation, Science and Business's "Andalusia Digital Undertaking" project, which lies within the scope of the "Andalusia Information Society" plan approved by the Andalusia Regional Authority.

The main goal of the project is to incorporate and bring new technologies closer as new social values for the entire Andalusian population. The aim is thus to bring closer, promote and disseminate the services and benefits provided by the information Society.
