In the 2010, Ingenia, as a participating company in the Responsible Environment programme, conducted the Organisation's first risk ratings in the following areas:

To do this, we used the tool SME Rating.
As a result of the analysis revealed that the greatest risks lay in the sub-areas: Recruitment and Retention, Customers and Users, Business Ethics and Conditions and Labor Relations. As a means risks are: Diversity and Equality and Community. Our risks are lower in the environmental (emissions, resources and ecosystems) and Human Rights.
Iphigenia, being a firm knowledge in the human capital base, all aspects of the workplace are significant and can pose a risk to the organization if not managed properly.
From this information have been established several actions to minimize the impact of those risks to other intangible value drivers.
