Ingenia is a company certified by the Asociación Española de Normalización y Certificación (Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification - AENOR), obtaining a renewal in compliance with UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 (No. ER-1406/2001) and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004 (No. GA-2008/0148) standards, in the activities of design, software development and maintenance; design and delivering of face-to-face training and teletraining in the IT and communications areas; design, installation and implementation of surveys on telecommunications, audio-visual infrastructures, energy efficiency and network equipment; design and development of consultancy projects in the IT area.
Since 2005, Ingenia has signed up to the United Nations Global Compact, the principles of which, based on universal declarations and conventions, are the foundations of its strategy and daily activities.

Sponsorship and patronage
Ingenia is patron of Andalucía Compromiso Digital foundation. The principal goal of this project is to incorporate new technologies as new social values, making them more accessible to the entire population of Andalusia. This intends to facilitate approximation, promotion and dissemination of the services and benefits of the information society.
Collaboration with other companies
Ingenia has participated in different collaboration projects with other companies. In 2014, Ingenia signed up to the Foro Provincial de Empresas Socialmente Responsables de Málaga (Provincial Forum of Socially Responsible Companies in Malaga - FPESRM), an initiative promoted by the Confederación de Empresarios de Málaga (Confederation of Business People of Malaga - CEM) and the Provincial County Council of Malaga.

Campaign “Semana Solidaria con Madre Coraje”
This initiative was included in the RECOPILATORIO DE BUENAS PRÁCTICAS DE RSE developed by the Confederation of Business People of Malaga and the County Council of Malaga.
Campaign “¡Por un kilo de ilusión!” with Bancosol
Solidarity breakfasts in benefit of Bancosol.
These breakfasts have a specific theme –Easter, Autumn, etc.–, in which participation is simple: the employees contribute a cake related to the theme proposed or make a donation of 2€ for the NGO Bancosol or other NGOs proposed in the future.
